Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Homryhub. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

Conditions for Return:

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  2. Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.

  3. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

  4. Certain items such as personal care products, perishable goods, or customized items are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Rejected Refunds:

    • If the product is not in its original condition or does not meet our return criteria, we may deny the refund request.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
