We currently ship all over India. All orders are processed and shipped from West Bengal, India.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Remote areas may take longer.

  • You will receive a tracking ID once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply (depending on location).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may have additional charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

6. Delays in Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. Homryhub is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Returns Related to Shipping

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
